Many people winter in Palm Springs California because of our blue skies and our warm winter temperatures but its an amazing place year round. Because of the seasonal nature of Palm Springs, it is exceedingly difficult to find high quality long term rentals which is why we started Palm Springs Yearly Home Rentals. We have been in the property management business since 1985 and only have a few, high quality, modern homes so we can deliver top notch service. Because we want our tenants to have everything in top order, all of our properties were built after 2017.
